The Customer Loyalty Specialist (CLS) Certification Program is conducted entirely online, we allow participants from around the world to earn our recognized designation without the hassles of purchasing plane tickets, taking time off of work for travel, or paying $2,000-$3,000 for in-person training and seminar work.

Our organization employs an innovative and secure dual layer password and IP tracking examination process which allows participant to take exams from their place of work or home. Below please find a break down of our fees compared with many in-person or on-campus programs:
