Program Overview
Overview of the Customer Loyalty Specialist (CLS) Training Program: The CLS Certification Program is a professional certification and training program for customer service professionals and managers. Members of CLS Designation Program include those who work in customer roles, small business owners, and those looking to work within customer service jobs in the near future.
Our program can help you:
- Expand your resume with relevant training experience & bullet points that help you compete in the marketplace
- Increase your credibility and ability to gain employment in the customer service industry
- Improve your effectiveness on the job through additional specialized knowledge on customer service and loyalty
The CLS Program is offered on a revolving basis to 100 participants per session, and you may start and complete the program on any timeframe you wish. Once you enroll you can immediately select your examination date or wait until you feel ready for the examination and then email us with your preferred testing date.
The dates you may choose from include January 15th, April 15th, July 15th, or October 15th of each year. Most professionals take 2-4 months to prepare for this examination after they register for the program.

To complete the CLS Certification Program participants must register, obtain the required reading texts, use the provided Study Guide and take the exam within 24 months of first registering for the program. Most participants will need just 2-4 months to prepare for the exam, but we offer flexibility in when you sit for the exam to help those with un-predictable or already busy schedules.
