The Customer Loyalty Specialist (CLS) Designation Program is an online training and certification for customer service professionals. This program provides a mark of distinction to professionals who hold a higher level of specialized knowledge on the topic of customer service and loyalty. The CLS Program is completed by customer service managers, consultants, customer service representatives, small business owners and students entering the customer service industry.
