The Customer Loyalty Specialist (CLS) Designation Program is an online training and certification for customer service professionals. This program provides a mark of distinction to professionals who hold a higher level of specialized knowledge on the topic of customer service and loyalty. The CLS Program is completed by customer service managers, consultants, customer service representatives, small business owners and students entering the customer service industry.

Group Registration Discounts: If you would like to register a department or team of professionals for our program we offera 20% discount for teams of up to 20 professionals, a 25% discount for groups of 21-50 professionals, and a 33% discount per participant for groups of 51+ professionals.
